As Group Head of Growth, I am responsible for building and leading the Growth Division, which has a dual focus on deepening existing client relationships and introducing new clients across the First Five Group, ensuring the firm reaches its growth aspirations. The Growth Division is the conduit between our clients and service-lines; and its primary goal is building, maintaining and growing client relationships within the First Five Group.

Collectively the Group creates Australia’s most comprehensive and experienced family of companies in the APAC region providing end-to-end services in risk, safety, crisis and emergency management and business continuity.
